To provide every guest with the highest level of care and a truly personalized spa experience, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
